Day of Coordination

Let us handle all the stress of the big day! This package includes the coordinator and a second hand assistant on the day of the wedding. The coordinator will contact all vendors the week before the wedding and the day before the wedding. I assist all my couples with creating a wedding day timeline for the wedding party and vendors to ensure the wedding day goes a perfect as possible!

Full Service Coordination

This package is for couples who want to enjoy the wedding process instead of the stress of putting together the best day of their lives. I will help procure all vendors and set up the venue tours. I will help you create a budget and maintain it for you. This package includes set up of decorations and full coordination on the wedding day as well as the rehearsal dinner!

Month of Coordination

The coordinator is available for the month before the wedding to help put together the final wedding details. This package includes all the perks of the day of coordination package with additional time, input and planning support from the coordinator!

A new fun trend is elopements and micro weddings! We would love to help put together the inmate wedding of your dreams. We also love a good wedding in the middle of the desert or forest if that fits into your vibe goals!

About Me

A wedding is the most special day of a couple’s life, my own wedding made me realize my calling. I love planning all aspects of weddings & my personality allows me to manage all the problems that will arise calmly and timely. With my business degree I run my weddings like a small business because there is a financial investment that goes into putting together the day of your dreams. I make sure everything is contracted with vendors and my brides are fully protected. For my wedding I created a binder that had every single detail from table layouts to decoration lists & vendor contract copies inside to give to my day of coordinator on the day of my wedding. We now refer to it as the wedding bible and each of my brides get their own personalized binder that we will create together throughout the planning process. My goal as a coordinator is to give every girl the dream day I had. You only get to live your wedding day once and my job is to make sure it goes better than planned!
